The Diamond Group sells building for 3.5 million in Cambridge.

The Diamond Group sold 85 Hamilton Street in Cambridge to Miltenyi Biotec a German company
founded in 1989. The property consists of a 8800sf 2 story building on a 10,400sf lot and will serve as
their Northeast headquarters.

Miltenyi Biotec develops, manufactures, and sells products and services; particularly in the fields of cell
biology, immunology, regenerative medicine, and molecular biology.

The property, built in 1937, was home to the Meyerson Tooth Company owned by Simon Meyerson, a
practicing dentist and teacher at Harvard School of Dental Medicine

Richard Diamond of the Diamond group was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
