Cambridge, MA – The Diamond Group is pleased to announce the following
lease transaction:
♦ 303 Third Street, Cambridge. Steve Kelley of, The Diamond Group
represented the new tenant, Abigail’s, whom leased the 3,300 square feet
space from Joe Pierik, of the Newmark Group, representing landlords,
Equity Residential.
Abigail’s, a Neighborhood Bistro, will feature 114 seats, with a seasonal
outdoor patio. Scheduled to open in May 2011.
